Welcome to the FHS/FFS/Academy Community Diversity Alliance (CDA) page of First Baptist Church of Strongsville Garbc. We are committed to embracing diversity, fostering inclusivity, and promoting unity within our community. Our goal is to create an environment where individuals of all backgrounds feel valued, respected, and celebrated.

Our Mission

At the FHS/FFS/Academy Community Diversity Alliance (CDA), our mission is to cultivate a community that appreciates, understands, and celebrates diversity. We aim to bridge differences, encourage dialogue, and foster mutual respect among individuals from various ethnic, cultural, and religious backgrounds. By promoting unity, we believe we can create a stronger and more harmonious community.

Programs and Events

We offer a wide range of programs and events that promote diversity, inclusion, and understanding. These initiatives provide opportunities for our community members to engage in meaningful conversations, explore different perspectives, and celebrate our shared humanity.

1. Cultural Awareness Workshops

Our cultural awareness workshops are designed to educate individuals about different cultures, customs, and traditions. These workshops provide a safe space for open dialogue, allowing participants to ask questions and gain a deeper understanding of diverse cultures. Through interactive activities, presentations, and discussions, we aim to promote cultural appreciation and acceptance.

2. Interfaith Dialogues
